Two hurt when truck overturns in downtown collision
BEAUMONT - Beaumont EMS transported two people to hospitals following a collision in which a truck overturned in downtown, according to information KFDM News obtained from a dispatcher with the Beaumont Fire Department.
Police, Fire and EMS responded to the collision at 11 a.m. Wednesday on Calder at Willow in downtown Beaumont.
Police told KFDM News a woman driving a car ran a red light on Willow and collided with a man driving a pickup truck on Calder.
One patient was taken to Beaumont Baptist Hospital and a second patient was taken to Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.
Investigators say the injuries aren't life threatening.
