Video shows bull getting loose at Houston rodeo

Authorities are explaining how a bull managed to get loose during a rodeo in Houston.

The bull got free from a holding pen at Reliant Stadium Sunday and made its way through a crowd before finally being corralled.

Rodeo officials say exiting wagons spooked the bull just before he broke free. The bull was angered even further when security shot it with a Taser.

Attendees who were with children said it was a frightening experience.

Although no one was seriously injured, a female wrangler suffered a bruised foot and a security officer has cuts and scratches on his back.

Organizers have vowed it will never happen again.
