This week the report card is on the road to check out restaurants in Orange County.

The Orange County Health Department is responsible for inspecting restaurants in cities across the country.

We reviewed the inspection reports from the past few months and we've got the highs and lows in this week's Restaurant Report Card.

#1 GENERAL WOK/ORANGE/GRADE 82

We begin with General Wok in Orange. Inspector English found food at unsafe temperatures, there was also evidence of insect contamination and there was no toilet tissue in the holders. General Wok in Orange gets a 79... in a follow-up inspection the restaurant received an 82.

#2.J.B.'S BBQ/ORANGE/GRADE=85

Next is JB's BBQ on Old Highway 90 in Orange. Inspector English found the brisket at an unsafe temperature, the restaurant was in need of thermometers to check the food temperatures and the ceilings in the kitchen needed to be repaired. JB'S BBQ gets an 85.

#3. MAZZIO'S/ORANGE/GRADE=87

Now to Mazzio's in Orange. Inspector English found the food not cold enough, there was slime in the ice machine.. and employees need soap and towels to keep their hands clean. Mazzio's in Orange gets an 87.

#4. PIZZA HUT/BRIDGE CITY/83

Inspector English hit the road for Bridge City where she dropped in on Pizza Hut. Teh Inspector found meat at an unsafe temperature, employees needed hair restraints, and the floors needed to be cleaned. Pizza Hut in Bridge City gets an 83.

#5. MCDONALD'S/BRIDGE CITY/GRADE=84

Next is McDonald's in Bridge City. Inspector English on the job.. she found the milk not cold enough and there was slime in the ice machine. McDonalds in Bridge City gets an 84.

#6. SUN WOK/BRIDGE CITY/GRADE=87

and finally the inspector dropped in on Sun Wok in Bridge City. She found that dishes weren't being sanitized properly, employees needed soap for handwashing and equipment needed to be cleaned and sanitized. Sun Wok in Bridge City gets an 87.
