Latest scores from the Beaumont Health Department inspectors.

#1. BROUSSARDS LINKS 2930 S. 11TH

We begin with Broussards Links on South 11th. Inspector Duriso found no hair nets and dead flies. The microwave was dirty and employee was wearing jewelry that could spread germs. Broussards gets a 75.

#2. LAMAR MIRABEAUS 211 RED BIRD LAND GRADE=81

Inspector Duriso also checked out Mirabeaus on Red Bird Lane at Lamar. The inspector found no hair nets and an employee chewing gum which could spread germs. In addition they weren't properly washing dishes.

MIRABEAUS at Lamar gets an 81.

#3. PIZZA HUT 3820 COLLEGE GRADE=83

We've never heard of a restaurant inspector writing a ticket before.. but they can and inspector Scott did at Pizza Hut on College where an employee had no hair net and was wearing artificial nails which could spread germs. The employee will have to pay the fine or show up in court. Pizza Hut gets an 83.

#4. RYANS GRILL 4260 DOWLEN GRADE=85

Inspector Scott also checked out Ryan's Grill on Dowlen where she found employees without hair nets and one with long painted nails. Ryan's Grill gets an 85.

#5. CHURCH'S CHICKEN 615 WASHINGTON GRADE=90

and finally here's the scoop on Church's Chicken on Washington. We're told Inspector Wilhelm screamed when she spotted a live mouse in the restaurant and also a few files. Those were the only violations though and Church's winds up with a 90.
