Man indicted for collision that killed West Brook graduate
The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a man for Intoxication Manslaughter in the death of a West Brook High School graduate.
The grand jury indicted Paul Thomas Armstrong, 31, of Beaumont. Police say Armstrong was driving a Ford Explorer at about 3 a.m. on June 12 and crashed into the back of a car in the 82 hundred block of highway 105.
The impact pushed the other vehicle, a Saturn, onto private property. The driver, Lindsey Galloway, 20, of Beaumont, died within minutes of arriving at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.
Galloway's family told us she was a wonderful person who accomplished a lot in her life.
