I'm a 48 year old male who feels like my feet are swollen, but are not, feel heavy as well, what is this?

COULD BE RELATED TO POOR CIRCULATION OR NERVE PINCHING IN YOUR BACK; BOTH CAN BE EVALUATED WITH XRAYS; ALSO DEPENDING ON MEDICATION COULD BE RELATED SUCH AS CHOLESTEROL MEDICATION; WOULD RECCOMMEND YOU GET LAB WORK TO CHECK FOR VITAMIN DEFCIENCIES, KIDNEY FAILURE, THYROID PROBLEMS AND ANEMIA

I sometimes have episodes where I get really sick and I throw up, have diaherra and I have pain in my chest right in between my breast bone. It hurts through my back and I also run fever with it. It occurs two times a week and it makes me fatigued and weak. This previously happened to me when while I was pregnant with my third child and carried on after I developed and when I had my fourth child because I had gotten pregnant three months after I delivered my third child and it never stopped...
