Martina McBride, Trace Adkins coming to Ford Park

BEAUMONT, TX, OCTOBER 5, 2009 – SMG, management company of Ford Park, is pleased to announce MARTINA MCBRIDE AND TRACE ADKINS are bringing their Shine All Night Tour to Ford Arena on Friday, February 12, 2010!

Tickets on sale October 23 @ 10 a.m.

4-time CMA Female Vocalist of the Year Martina McBride has amassed 22 Top 10 singles, 6 of which hit the top of the charts with 18 million albums sold.  Her tenth album, Shine, was released by RCA Records in March of this year and debuted at the top of the U.S. country album chart as well as #10 on the Billboard 200.  The first single, "Ride,” peaked at # 11 on the Hot Country Songs chart, after debuting at # 43.  The second single, "I Just Call You Mine,” was released in May 2009 and has reached the Top 40 on the Hot Country Songs chart.

An esteemed member of the Grand Ole Opry since 2003, TRACE ADKINS has had 27 charted hit singles, 14 of which broke Billboard’s Top 10.  His albums have achieved gold or multi-platinum certification and 3 have debuted at # 1.  In 2008, he received a string of nominations from multiple music award shows including CMT, the CMA’s and the Grammy’s while winning the ACM Single of the Year for his beautiful ballad “You’re Gonna Miss This.” His talent was recognized from the start as he took the 1996 ACM Top New Male Vocalist honor.   With hits as varied as “Ladies Love Country Boys” and “Honky Tonk Badonkadonk” to “Arlington” and “This Ain’t No Thinkin’ Thing,” Adkins shows himself to be an undeniable force in country music today.
