Nov. 6-Leger's Restaurant Report Card

Here are the latest restaurant inspection scores from the Beaumont Health Department:

 

RYAN'S GRILL AND BUFFET 4260 DOWLEN/GRADE=83

We begin with Ryans Grill and Buffet. Inspector Scott found the person dealing with dishes was handling both clean and dirty dishes.. which could spread germs. There was no soap in the rooms where meat and chicken were being cut, and there was mold in the ice scoop holders. Ryan's Grill and Buffet gets an 83.

 

CHILIS GRILL AND BAR 110 IH 10 SOUTH/GRADE=87

Now to Chili's Grill and Bar. Inspector Scott again. This time she saw the bartender not washing hands in the handsink. There was not enough chlorine in the dishwasher to kill germs and there was slight mold in the ice machine, on soda dispensers and on the margarita machine. Chili's gets an 87.

 

JOE'S PIZZA PASTA 4318 DOWLEN ROAD/GRADE=89

Now to Joe's Pizza Pasta on Dowlen. Inspector Scott found one refrigerator not cooling properly, there was no sanitizer to kill germs, and there was a problem sanitizing equipment and utinsils. Joe's Pizza Pasta gets an 89.

 

TOKYO JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE 4438 DOWLEN RD/GRADE=89

 

And finally Inspector Scott checked out Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse. She found Chicken thawing at room temperature, the batter was not being kept cold and there was no chlorine to kill germs. Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse gets an 89.
