Newton County Sheriff's Office Selling Abandoned, Seized Property

Items in the Sheriff's Sale are abandoned or seizure property.  This sale will be CASH only.

 

Items to be sold:

More than 50 Shotguns and rifles,20 plus pistols, generator, CBs, drum set, bass boat and 120 HP motor, lawn mower, four wheeler ramps, stereo, home theater surround sound, air compressors, tool boxes, carpentry tools, welding tools, washer and dryer refrigerator, office chairs, sofa and more.

 

 

•·        Must have valid ID with correct address in order to     purchase firearm.

•·        Must be 21 to bid on or buy pistols.

•·        All fire arm sales subject to "Brady Check"

•·        Sale is CASH ONLY, as is, no warranty.
