Relatives of a 30-year-old woman from Houston say they have reason to believe she might be in Beaumont and they're worried about her safety because she is bipolar and isn't taking her medication.
Carol Simon was last seen Sunday night at the Petro Truck Stop off I-10 in Beaumont. Simon's family says she used a computer Monday at a library or another location in Beaumont where she accessed her page on a social networking site.
Relatives say she hitchhiked to Beaumont.
