A Hardin County pastor is accused of touching two juvenile boys. 52 year old Lester Banks of Silsbee was indicted on three counts of indecency with a child.

     Reverend Banks had been the pastor of Union Baptist Church in Silsbee until he recently resigned. He was arrested at about 2:30 Thursday afternoon. He was released on 450 thousand dollars bond.
