HOUSTON (AP) - A Houston television news helicopter crashed in a rural area north of Houston today, killing both people aboard. ABC-affiliated KTRK-TV reports that it had dispatched a pilot and a photographer to a shooting scene in Montgomery County when their chopper crashed.

LIVINGSTON, Texas (AP) - Former Tyler truck repair shop owner Alvin Kelly is scheduled to die in the state death chamber in Huntsville tomorrow night. He's to die for the murder of 22-month-old Devin Morgan in 1984. The tot's body was found with those of his parents in their East Texas home. Kelly insists he had no involvement in another murder rampage. He'd be the 10th Texas prisoner executed this year and the first of two set to die this week.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - An Evansville, Indiana, man and his wife have been arrested in San Antonio on warrants from child molestation charges in their home state. Bradley "Butch" Chase and his wife, Luann, were found working as live-in caretakers at a boarding house for disabled veterans on San Antonio's north side. Police say a neighbor turned them in after seeing them featured on the TV show "America's Most Wanted" on Saturday.

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - The Air Force is spending $900 million to replace old residential, dining and training facilities for incoming recruits at San Antonio's Lackland Air Force Base. Construction on the Airmen Training Complex is set to begin in May and last for more than six years. The base on the southwest side of San Antonio serves as the basic training center for new airmen.
