Comments 0 | Recommend 0The Port Arthur Police Chief was one of the officers involved in a high speed chase across two cities.
In fact, after the suspect wrecked his vehicle, Chief Mark Blanton who will be 52 Monday wound up chasing the 23-year-old on foot across four lanes of traffic on Highway 69 and caught him near the Allen Samuels Car Dealership.
The chase began about 6 o'clock Wednesday night in the Lake View area of Port Arthur.
