The Lumberton Municipal Utility District has dropped a boil water notice affecting hundreds of people in Hardin County. according to Roger Fussell with the District.

   A water line break earlier this week prompted the Lumberton M.U.D. to issue the boil water notice for residents living south of Mitchell Road, including people in Artesian Acres, Keith Road and the Cooks Lake Road areas.
