Capital Murder Suspect Indicted
Comments 0 | Recommend 0A man accused of gunning down two brothers at their home has been indicted.
A Jefferson County Grand Jury indicted 25-year-old Batiste Joseph Breaux Junior on capital murder charges, as well as aggravated assault charges.
Breaux is accused of killing brothers Kelley and Gerald Evans on August 5. The shooting happened as the family was celebrating Kelley's birthday. Another person was shot and injured.
Breaux was found in Houston after a week-long search for the suspect across Southeast Texas.
