Changing weather pattern
The weather pattern is changing and the chance of rain is increasing during the next three days.
An upper level high that kept temperatures near or above 100 is weakening and shifting to the west and upper level disturbances will rotate around the ridge, increasing our chance of thunderstorms.
There is a 50% chance of thunderstorms in the Lakes area and 40% in the Triangle Monday through Wednesday.
Chances drop to 30% at night.
Temperatures will decrease to the lower 90's in the day and low to mid 70's at night.
The tropics are quiet.
