Pay it Forward: Woman promotes healthy living
BEAUMONT-By: Leslie Rangel
This week's Pay it Forward recipient is a woman who is doing everything she can to promote healthy lifestyles in her community.
Raydana Prudhome is a Zumba instructor, but for the women she teaches, she's a life coach, nutritonist, and a friend motivating them get moving to live longer happier lives.
It looks like a party and some argue it really is, but really it's a workout class.
Four days out of the week women gather to shake thier hips and fancy feet here at the gym at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church.
Prudhome is the instructor, she says after losing her mother at a young age she began encouraging women to improve their health.
She charges women a small fee but not to pocket the money. She donates it right back to the church foodbank.
Women who take her class say she's more of a coach, guiding them on their path to weight loss and spiritual beauty.
So along with cowboy silsbee we decided to pay it forward to Raydana.
