Two arrested in Ecstasy, marijuana bust

Two Hardin County women have been arrested after officers found a large amount of drugs in a home.

Sheriff Ed Cain says Anna Marie Vaughn, 31, and Maria Alicia Gonzales, 43, were arrested following the search of a home Wednesday night in Silsbee.

Investigators say they found a large amount of the drug Ecstasy and 92 bags of marijuana, along with cash, in the home.

Sheriff Cain says his office received a number of complaints about the home and undercover officers conducted a six month investigation during which they bought illegal drugs from inside the home.
