Motiva investigating leak at Port Neches terminal

Motiva is investigating a leak at its Port Neches Terminal.

Challie Wilson with Motiva says a "relatively small amount of crude leaked into the water."  She says the leak is under control and cleanup is underway. 

No one was hurt.

Motiva employees are performing environmental monitoring in and around the terminal.

Motiva has activated its Emergency Response Plan and notified appropriate agencies about the leak.
