BEAUMONT -- An upscale Southwestern cuisine restaurant on the west side closed Monday and the owner says he will open a new restaurant at another west end location. 

Lucky Ott, owner of Poblano Grill in Tuscany Park off Dowlen Road, told KFDM News the restaurant has shut its doors and he plans to move to another location on Calder Avenue. Ott said his attorneys are working with the Tuscany Park's landlord to resolve a dispute about rent. 

Ott said he is moving items from the Dowlen Road building and finalizing a lease at the new location, which is expected to open between September and October, where Sartin's West had operated on Calder Avenue. Sartin's relocated last year to another location off Interstate 10.

Ott said he plans to remodel the building at the new location and give the restaurant, which will offer live entertainment, a new name. The menu will feature steaks and seafood as did Poblano Grill.
