Orange SMASH - Tax Free Weekend

Just in time for the back-to-school shopping season, the Greater Orange Area Chamber of Commerce, is proud to present ORANGE SMASH (Summer Music and Shopping Holiday) WEEKEND, sponsored by Wal-Mart #777, A Little Bit Gaudy Boutique, Q94, and the Orange County Car Crew, which will take place on Friday, August 20th, Saturday August 21st, and Sunday August 22nd, 2010.

Promoting retail shopping and hometown entertainment opportunities, ORANGE SMASH WEEKEND will be full of fun and excitement for all ages, and offer families great shopping opportunities with special sales and promotions throughout the greater Orange area. As an added bonus, shoppers will also be able to take advantage of TAX-FREE shopping incentives on most back-to-school items such as clothing and school supplies.

One of the main events will be the ORANGE SMASH DASH SCAVENGER HUNT which will run all weekend long. Participating SCAVENGER HUNT LOCATIONS will include: Wal-Mart #777, A Little Bit Gaudy Boutique, The Orange County Car Crew (Granger, David Self and Cecil Dealership Locations), Gopher Industrial, Trampoline USA, Market Basket, Gift Etc. (located inside Baptist Hospital Orange), Fleur de Chic, Louisiana Airboat Tours, Novrosky's Hamburgers Etc., Parker Lumber, Sears Hometown Store, H.E.B, and Bealls.
