A man has pleaded guilty to a 2005 Hardin County murder and a judge sentenced him to probation.
Adam Moorman pleaded guilty to murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
On Thursday Judge Britt Plunk sentenced Moorman to ten years unadjudicated probation on each count.
Moorman shot and killed Thomas Hall and injured another man in September of 2005 in Kountze.
The case went to court in 2007 but the jury couldn't reach a verdict and the judge declared a mistrial.
