The Hardin County grand jury has indicted a former Kountze Middle School teacher.
Hardin County District Attorney David Sheffield tells KFDM Aaron Kyle Maddox was indicted on charges of improper relationship between a student and educator as well as indecency with a child.
Maddox resigned at the end of April, one week after the district placed him on administrative leave with pay following allegations from two students.
The teenage girls told authorities Maddox inappropriately touched them.
