Hailstones the size of baseballs smash windshields

DALLAS (AP) - An overnight hailstorm swept across North Texas, leaving widespread damage in its wake.

The storm swept across the northern suburbs of Dallas and Fort Worth late Monday night.

Hailstones of up to baseball size smashed windshields and dented the bodies of cars and trucks at a car dealership in far north Fort Worth.

They also damaged roofs and skylights along the storm track.

No injuries were reported.
