Lady Bobcats Get Ready for Basketball Season

ORANGEFIELD - The Lady Bobcat Basketball team has finally started their season. The Lady Bobcats will compete in several games and tournaments this month. The Junior Varsity Basketball team will have a tournament Thursday-Saturday, November 12-14 and will play in Nederland.

The Varsity team will play Tuesday, November 17 at Beaumont Westbrook starting at 4:30. The Varsity team’s tournament will be held Thursday-Saturday, November 19-21 at Nederland.

Aimee Scales, returning senior player, said “I am very excited that I get to play with these girls. I feel that they really want to be here and that they give one-hundred percent every day in practice. I think this season will be very successful for us.”
