Witness follows robbers who use scissors to threaten driver

On Monday 01/12/09 at 2:30 AM officer responded to the area of East Lucas and Eastex Freeway about a robbery that had just occurred with a witness following the suspects. Officers located 3 suspects in a dark colored SUV at Exxon at Kennedy and Phelan.
The witness identified 2 of them as the ones who robbed them at a store on the corner of Lucas and Concord. One of the suspects came up and asked for some gas money. The other suspect jumped in the car with the victim and threatened them with a pair of scissors. After getting the victim's money the suspects jumped into the dark SUV and fled the scene.
Officers recovered a pair of scissors used in the robbery and the money taken. The suspects were identified as Andrea Jamal Sias, a 25 year old male, and Wesley James Shuler, a 31 years old male. Both are from Beaumont. They were questioned by detectives and then booked into the Jefferson County Jail for Aggravated Robbery a 1st Degree Felony.
