Woman Robs Port Arthur Store at Gunpoint, Ties up Clerks

Port Arthur police were on the scene of a robbery at the Dollar General on Twin City Highway. The call came in around 10:00 Saturday evening.

Officers say a woman entered the store and pulled out a handgun. She then tied up the two clerks and took money from the register.

The woman is described as a 5'7 black female with long hair and a white baseball cap.

Officers say they are currently looking at surveillance video to try and identify the woman.
