Stabbing leaves victim critically injured

BEAUMONT - A domestic dispute turned violent and left a man in critical condition following a stabbing.


Beaumont Police received a call reporting a stabbing at about 9 p.m .Wednesday in the 2000 block of Magnolia.


The victim had been stabbed in the chest and was lying unconscious in the front yard.


Witnesses pointed out a woman they said was responsible. Police took her into custody.


The man was taken a hospital where doctors operated on him.
