PORT ARTHUR - A fisherman discovered a woman's body in the waters off Pleasure Island, and while police are waiting for autopsy results, they're investigating her death as a homicide, according to information Major Raymond Clark of the Port Arthur Police Department provided to KFDM News.
Police have identified the woman as Amber Nicole Guillory,26, of Vidor. Her autopsy is scheduled for Saturday morning.

Major Clark says a fisherman discovered the body shortly before noon about three feet from the bank, off North Levee Road.
"We believe she'd been in the water less than 24 hours," said Major Clark. "The body is that of a thin white woman who appeared to be in her 20's, wearing pajamas, a hoodie top and jewelry. She had several tattoos."
