Beaumont Chapter of the Red Cross on stand-by to help tornado victims in North Texas

KFDM News - Parts of North Texas are still reeling from a series of tornados late Wednesday night. 

At least six people are confirmed dead and at least one neighborhood has been destroyed. 

The Beaumont Chapter of the American Red Cross is on stand-by to send assistance to North Texas.

They have not been called on to provide help, but executive director Sharon Tyler says the local chapter of the non-profit is ready to help out fellow Texans.
