A weak cold front will move through our area tonight with temperatures a little cooler for Thanksgiving. A warming trend will begin this weekend with a slight chance of light showers Sunday.
Rain causes minor flooding in region
SOUTHEAST TEXAS - As much as six inches of rain fell in parts of Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana when a line of storms moved across the region overnight. There's still a 70% chance of rain Friday and 80% Saturday.

One viewer reported six inches of rain between midnight and 4 a.m. where he lives on FM 421 in Lumberton.
There was minor flooding reported in the region but by daybreak most of the water had receded.
No schools are closed but in Port Arthur high water might have delayed some school buses.
