Woman arrested for selling drugs in a school zone

Sulphur- On June 25, 2013, agents with the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations arrested 41-year-old Jackie Constance of Sulphur on warrants for three counts of distribution of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine) and three counts of distribution of drugs within 2000 feet of a school.  The arrest was the result of an undercover investigation.  Agents bought drugs from Constance on multiple occasions.
During the arrest, Constance was conducting a drug transaction at her residence in Sulphur.  She was also arrested for distribution of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), distribution of drugs within 2000 feet of a school, possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.  These charges are in addition to the charges contained in the arrest warrant.   
Constance was booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.  Bond was set at $65,000.
On June 27, 2013, as part of a separate investigation, agents with the Louisiana State Police Bureau of Investigations and the Sulphur Police Department arrested 55-year-old Betty Thompson at her residence in Sulphur.
Prior to her arrest, while agents were conducting surveillance on the residence, Thompson conducted a drug transaction with 41-year-old Larry Morgan, Jr. of Sulphur.  Agents stopped Morgan a few blocks away from the residence and discovered a small baggy of methamphetamine in his possession.   Morgan was arrested for possession of a Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine).
While agents were attempting to serve the arrest warrant on Thompson, she began to flush methamphetamine down the toilet.  During a consensual search of the residence, officers located methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Thompson was arrested for four counts of Distribution Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), Possession Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine), possession of a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice.   
Also present at the residence was 41-year-old Rene Willis of Glenmora who had a small baggy of methamphetamine in her possession.   
Willis and Morgan were arrested for possession of Schedule II controlled dangerous substance (methamphetamine).   
Thompson, Morgan, and Willis were booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center.
Thompson’s bond was set at $160,000.  Bond for Willis was set at $3,000. Bond for Morgan was set at $5,000.
