Increase in construction and future building, decrease on the non-residential side

Construction and future building increased on the residential front but it was down on the non-residential side.
McGraw Hill construction reported today on numbers for Jefferson, Orange and Hardin Counties.
Year to year numbers from 2012 to '13 look like this. Residential, which include home and apartment construction, was up over 30 percent.
While non-residential, commercial hotels and manufacturing, was down 32 percent.
