Reports of rainwater prompt visit to West Brook High School auditorium

Reports of rainwater leaking into the yet to be completed West Brook High School auditorium prompted a visit from a school board member.

Someone sent KFDM News a picture of rainwater that leaked into the auditorium.

Board member Tom Neild said he went to the school this morning and asked for a tour of the building.

According to Neild there was only a small amount of water and workers cleaned it up.

The auditorium was supposed to be ready in August.  But the contractor still has work to do before it can open.

The auditorium is the final project in the $389 million bond issue.
