Woman connected to animal abuse case turns herself in

KFDM News - The woman Jasper County sheriff's officials say was responsible for abusing and neglecting more than a dozen animals to the point that they all had to be euthanized ---  turned herself in.

Angela Gail Foreman is charged with animal cruelty and interfering with public duty -- both are  misdemeanors.

On Tuesday, Foreman turned herself in to the Jasper County Jail. She was released the same day after posting bond.

In November, investigators found 17 cats and dogs in her Buna home in poor health.

They lacked water and were malnourished. Sixteen of the 17 animals belonged to Foreman and had to be put down.
