Seven teams from the former GT Shockers, now the Impact Gold Golden Triangle Organization, spent the day giving back.

They traveled to Baptist Beaumont hospital, the medical center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Buckner Children's Village, the Salvation Army and both Girls and Boys Haven.

It all started at Christus Hospital St. Elizabeth.

Organizers say they spent a few thousand dollars buying all of these toys.

Players and their parents pitched in to raise the money to pay for them.

They all met outside Christus Hospital Saint Elizabeth this afternoon before making their rounds to the different locations.

Even Santa got involved in the distribution process eight to 18 year olds are on the seven teams.

The youngest of them all says she has a great time helping others.
