Not nearly as cold tonight as clouds increase and onshore winds bring in warmer air off the Gulf.  This warming trend will likely continue into next week with highs nearing 80 by Easter Sunday.  No rain is forecast into the weekend.

Deadly head on crash kills two drivers

KFDM News - A two-vehicle head-on collision killed two people on Highway 62 near the Jasper/Newton County line, according to the DPS.

Investigators said the driver of a Dodge pick-up traveling southbound on the highway moved into the northbound lane to pass another vehicle on the left. The driver hit a Ford pick-up traveling northbound head on. Both trucks immediately burst into flames.

Troopers said the driver of the Ford is 45 year old Elisha Michelle Jordan from Kirbyville. Investigators have not yet identified the driver of the Dodge.
