Houston teen struck by several cars and killed

A 14-year-old girl was killed Monday evening after she was hit by multiple vehicles in northwest Harris County.


The incident happened at Barker Cypress and River Sage.


According to deputies, the girl was involved in an argument with family members. She then ran outside into the street and was struck.


According to witnesses, multiple drivers hit the girl and did not stop. Deputies said it was raining heavily and visibility was low.


Investigators remained on the scene late Monday, but no further information was immediately available.
