Another round of showers scheduled later this afternoon. Moisture levels will remain rather high for the next few days with scattered showers and thunderstorms possible.  Some of the heaviest activity will likely be around the end of the week.  With more clouds and scattered showers, temperatures will be cooler for afternoon highs.

Port Arthur man indicted on tax evasion charge

KFDM News - A 44-year-old Port Arthur man has been indicted for income tax evasion.

U.S. Attorney John Bales says Theodore Paul Victor, Jr., was indicted  and charged with four counts of failing to report taxable income from 2007 through 2010.

According to authorities, Victor failed to report in excess of
$360,000.

If convicted, Victor could serve up to five years in federal prison and face a $250,000 fine.
