SOUTHEAST TEXAS - Voters are casting ballots in runoff elections across Southeast Texas, including races for judge, county judge, commissioner, justice of the peace and district clerk. Voters are also making decisions in statewide races include the contentious GOP battle for Lieutenant Governor.
