Update on Twin County Youth Baseball League board member charged with providing marijuana to minors

KFDM News - An update on a story we brought you earlier this week involving Twin County Youth Baseball League board member Nikki Cormier. She was charged with delivery of marijuana.

Parents accused her of providing the marijuana to baseball players during a sleepover at Cormier's home. She's charged with four counts of delivery of marijuana, a Class B Misdemeanor. If convicted she could face up to 180 days in jail and/or up to a $2,000 fine.

Parents also accuse her of providing alcohol to minors, kissing and groping them.  Sour Lake Police Chief Larry Saurage says he presented that case to the District Attorney. Saurage says the District Attorney says that case isn't suitable for prosecution.
Saurage says if authorities get more information on that case, they can bring it back to the District Attorney's Office.
