It's one of those sweet suburbs people flock to.
"It's a very family oriented place for living," said Caroline MacKay.
It's often elegant, often elite, and now sometimes sinful.
"Affluent lifestyles tend to lead to more unfaithfulness," said Noel Biderman, CEO of Ashley Madison.
According to the website, the community known for family is also the Houston suburb with the most number of cheaters.
"That's shocking," said Mackay.
"It's a little scandalous," said Lexi Roesle. "It's a small town, so I wouldn't expect it here."
160,000 people in Houston and its suburbs turn to the website to set up casual encounters. Nearly nine percent of those people live in Sugar Land looking to add a little sizzle to their life.
"We got a lot of real housewives in Sugar Land, and they're lonely and they want to have fun," said Sherry Fortune.
"Men spend so much time at work, messing with secretaries, women are lonely here too, so they're doing their thing," said Sherry's mother.
People love the anonymity. Ashley Madison CEO Noel Biderman says it's helped Sugar Land become that cheating hotspot.
"It seems to have shot to the top," said Biderman.
West University is a close second. Single women are eyeing married men there too.
"That's not right," said Joanna Hughes. "I don't want someone targeting my husband."
Coming in at 3rd is Baytown. Eastwood, just east of downtown Houston is 4th. And Larchmont, just south of the Galleria rounds out the top five.
"Suburbs that's where all the action happens," said Fortune.
Women we talked to say they're surprised, but trust their men won't be logging anytime soon.
"I got mine locked down," said Fortune. "I take care of him."
"I don't worry about my husband at all," said Judy Sparks.
But the man behind Ashley Madison says anyone can stray.
"The mistress is part of the human landscape," said Biderman.
His multi-million dollar business is proof of that.
