Jury convicts Jessie Haynes

BEAUMONT - A jury has convicted Jessie Haynes of a Class B Misdemeanor of Obstructing a Public Passageway.

Judge Langston Adams will sentence her. The possible punishment is up to 180 days in jail and/or a fine of up to $2,000.

The jury of six men reached its unanimous decision in less than 45 minutes.
