Temperatures will drop to the 40's Thursday morning

SOUTHEAST TEXAS - Rain is moving out and it's ushering in cooler temperatures, including lows expected to drop into the 40's Thursday morning.

Watch Live at 5 and KFDM News at 6/10 for Greg's updated forecast including details about humidity and whether rain is going to return to the forecast.

Temperatures dropped to the low and mid 50's Wednesday morning.

A wind advisory will go in effect from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm for our area as drier, cooler, more stable are moves in.

Highs today will reach the mid 70's. Mostly clear skies build in for tonight. Lows will fall to the upper 40's by Thursday morning. Sunny skies are back for Thursday and Friday. Highs will inch up to the lower 80's through the weekend.
