BISD Board of Managers to consider more terminations, separation agreement with Dr. Chargois

BEAUMONT - The Beaumont ISD Board of Managers will take up the termination of several administrative employees, including communications director Jessie Haynes, as well as the voluntary separation agreement with Dr. Timothy Chargois, the former superintendent.
 
 
The board will also discuss budgetary items.

VI. IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE CONCLUSION OF THE PUBLIC (OPEN) MEETING REFERRED TO ABOVE, AN EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) MEETING WILL BE HELD TO DISCUSS THE FOLLOWING MATTERS:

B. Consideration of personnel matters of the sort described in Section 551.074 (a) (1 and 2), and 551.082 of the Texas Government Code, regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee -- (Executive Session)

C. Any final action, decision or vote, if any, with regard to the items listed above, shall be made in public (open) meeting duly announced by notice, as the Board of Education shall determine.
VII. RECONVENE FROM CLOSED MEETING - THE BOARD WILL RECONVENE IN OPEN MEETING TO CONSIDER ACTION ITEMS LISTED ON AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION IN EXECUTIVE SESSION, IF ANY.
