D.A.'s Office drops felony theft charges against Daryl Glenn Johnson
The Jefferson County District Attorney's Office has dropped felony theft charges against Daryl Glenn Johnson who was charged for submitting falsified time cards to the Beaumont Independent School District.
Johnson had been indicted in August of 2012 along with Erin Johnson for falsifying time cards totaling $277,000.
Assistant DA Luke Nichols says another agency is investigating but wouldn't name which agency.
Charges do remain in place against Kailyn Deshondra Pete. She is indicted on charges similar to Johnson's.
