SOUTHEAST TEXAS - Temperatures should remain at or slightly above 90 this week in Southeast Texas.

The Heat Index will be in the upper 90's which is season. Rain chances are about 30 percent each day.

Bertha has developed into a hurricane but is expect to miss the U.S. as it moves north in the Atlantic, parallel to the East Coast.
