Hemphill man indicted in connection with crash that killed passenger in his car
KFDM News - A Hemphill man has been indicted in connection with a crash that claimed the life of a passenger riding in his car.
According to an indictment, Robert Hamilton was intoxicated in July 2013 when he was driving on FM 1592 just off Highway 103 in Sabine County.
The Texas Department of Public Safety crash report says the vehicle veered off the road and then rolled over.
The crash killed passenger John Shannon Cox.
